During the latter part of 2023, WorkWell hosted three cohorts of our ElevateHER program. The ElevateHER program seeks to empower women (and men) across Iraq by providing comprehensive education in essential tech skills.
Participants undergo rigorous education in areas such as basic digital skills, data analysis, digital marketing, and AI. Through hands-on projects, workshops, and mentorship, we equip young people with the technical expertise and confidence needed to pursue careers.

Coaches Who Care
WorkWell is known for responsive curriculum based on participant needs. Our program also includes time slots dedicated to One-to-One meetings with coaches. These sessions can include whatever participants most need help with: class material, perfecting CVs, practicing interview questions, etc.
